About the Guild

A dozen foresighted and enthusiastic artisans created the nucleus upon which our present guild is based. Visionary as they were, in 1977, they never expected their numbers to burgeon to our present membership of over 100.

Programs are presented on fashion trends, weaving designs, color and structure study, and techniques in spinning, dyeing, and basket making. Workshops are offered throughout the year; both programs and workshops draw upon local and out-of-town talent.

The Guild is a member of the Intermountain Weavers Conference and the National Handweavers Guild of America.
