Mountain Spinners & Weavers Guild
                          Prescott, AZ

In 1977, a dozen foresighted and enthusiastic artisans created the nucleus upon which our present guild is based. Our current membership is now over 100 members.

Our monthly membership meeting programs vary. Subjects range from fashion trends and weaving designs to fibers, color and structure study, and techniques. Programs, workshops, demonstrations, and other activities are offered throughout the year to inspire Guild members, as well as the public, through exhibits, shows, and community outreach. The Guild encourages participation by all members, novice to professional. Our members also support each other in many special interest groups that meet throughout the month.
While most of our members are weavers and/or spinners, we also are tapestry weavers, dyers, basket makers, felters, bead weavers, surface designers, knitters, crocheters, bobbin lacemakers, and just about any other fiber art out there. Want to learn something new?  We bet one of us could help you out or would be glad to share that journey with you.
